Every caregiver understands that the Golden Rule
is a fundamental priority in the care we provide...
"do unto othe
rs as you would have them do unto you."

Our Caregivers

We Hire with You in Mind

Rest assured, our caregivers meet the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and experience.

Trilogy Home Care caregivers demonstrate confidence, know-how, and sound training in the care they provide. But most importantly, our caregivers bring a true commitment to providing compassionate and excellent service.

Our Commitment to You

We understand the honor and responsibility involved in being invited into our clients' homes. This is an honor that we do not take lightly.

As such, we accept nothing less than an impeccable record of respect and reliability from those who represent our company. For your peace of mind, we commit to 24-hour a day on-call access to management, bonded and insured staff, and kind-hearted caregivers that understand the meaning behind our golden rule policy.

In addition, each caregiver is required to complete a thorough screening process, which includes:

  • Local, National, and Federal Criminal Background Check

  • National Motor Vehicle Records Check

  • 5-point Drug Screening

  • Experience Verification

  • Professional & Personal Reference Reviews

  • Competency Evaluation & Training

  • Personal Interviews with an owner, our Scheduling Manager,
and a member of our Client Care Team.

Above and Beyond

In conjuction with our initial screening process, we also take the time to get to know our prospective caregivers on a personal level. We learn about their interests, their strengths, their goals, their approach to care. We take special care in finding the optimal match between each client and caregiver. And the final decision rests with our clients. You can meet and interview your caregivers before the start of service to ensure complete satisfaction. Whatever it takes!

Ongoing Development & Supervision

All caregivers are provided with thorough orientation, service training, and competency evaluations, before they independently provide care. Additional training, skills evaluations, and periodic nursing observation are provided to our caregivers, in particular those who administer medications or perform medication set-up. Some caregivers may be trained by a licensed Registered Nurse to perform individualized tasks of nursing care (i.e., subcutaneous injections, blood sugar monitoring) under the direction and ongoing supervision of an RN.

"The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers."
